Pipes for Hire or Sale
The Society now owns nine sets of practice smallpipes available for hire to members. We currently have one set available immediately for anyone wishing to try small pipes before committing or awaiting delivery of an ordered set. If you miss out this time, get your name on the waiting list, as sets are likely to be coming back over the next few weeks.
The following conditions apply:
You must be a member of the LBPS
Pay a returnable deposit of £100 pounds
Pay a monthly hire charge of £15 pounds
Sign a simple hire agreement with the LBPS
At present we have no limit on the period that pipes may be hired for, although if there were pressure from others we might have to ask for return of the instrument after a reasonable period.
